Pre-heat the garment
Iron the area where the name and number will be applied for about 5 seconds to stabilize the fabric.
Place the transfer

Temperature, pressure & time
Temperature: 285°F (141°C)
Application time: 12-15 seconds
Pressure: Medium-high (4–6 bars if using a pneumatic press)
Liner removal
Peel hot or warm, depending on the specific transfer instructions.
